131 Latourette Street

The 1 bedroom unit is located upstairs at 131 1/2 Latourette street. The floors have just been updated throughout, toilet has been replaced and steps leading up to the upstairs patio rebuilt. The unit has an electric plug-in heater in the kitchen. AC unit is not supplied so it must be brought by the renter. Utilities paid by renter are electric and a flat fee of $30/month for water. Gas bill is not paid upstairs since the furnace is being used exclusively by the downstairs tenant. (Note: Registers upstairs are closed to prevent from using downstairs heat as per agreement with the downstairs tenants). Landlord covers trash, sewer and water bill until a second water meter is installed. There’s parking available on the street and side of the house. Detached garage is being used for storage by the downstairs tenants currently - sharing can be negotiated. Pet deposit is $350 per animal.
