As you approach the home, you'll notice a large community clubhouse around the corner that can be utilized at your convenience at leisure.
Entering the home, you'll notice the tall ceilings and spacious kitchen, dining and living spaces. The large stone kitchen island will capture you upon entry, drawing you to the modern kitchen style and appliances throughout. There is a built-in microwave and oven, gas cooktop, stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator, RO drinking water system, as well as garbage disposal - all the modern amenities a resident could want.

Going into the detached 2-car garage, you'll notice ample vehicle and storage space, as well as the tankless water heater, and soft water system. The backyard has a large turf area for leisure or kids sporting activities. There is also an included storage shed in the backyard.
If we're to head up the stairs of the home to the second floor, you'll notice directly at the bottom of the stairwell landing is the half-bathroom. Heading up the carpeted stairs, you'll arrive at a lovely large loft area, which can be used for lounging, a study, or other appropriate uses. One one side of the stairwell leads to one of the guest bedrooms, with a full bathroom detached. The other side of the stairwell has the third and fourth bedrooms, one of which is the second floor primary suite, with an attached bathroom and water closet.
This home allows for off street parking only on one side of the street. The home's landscaping needs to be cared for by the tenant on a periodic, as needed basis. The soft water system also needs to be maintained by the tenant as well, which requires periodic checking of the salt levels.
