This place is an absolute nightmare. To start, the woman at the front office, Jessica Freeman has been nothing but rude to myself and my family since the first day we moved in two years ago. She treats it as if she is doing us a favor by us living there, apparently no one has taught her that your customers keep you in business. Additionally, there is a roach problem they only passively offer pest control for, which they dont allow you to schedule. Maintenance is wonderful, when you can get them to your apartment, but again, you have no say so toward when they will be in your apartment and they are allowed to enter whenever. Which means your things go unprotected. They are impossible to get a hold of, including the security officer, who absolutely never responds to c alls. There have been many car break ins since we moved in here. There are police reports to show for them. There was a fatal shooting a quarter mile down the road. Additionally, the complex is infested with fleas and dog feces. Finally, we had an incident where a neighbors dog attacked my REGISTERED service dog SIX times, which all were reported and nothing was done about the attacks because there was no bite damage. My dog has sense had to be reintegrated back into training because the attacks were so severe he became fearful of ther dogs. Something I am currently working with a lawyer with. All in all I would give this complex a 0 stars if I could, and my only solace is the fact that in October my nightmare will be over.

They never answer the phone or are in the office during office hours. Make sure you read the entire lease and get a copy before anything

Do not stay here. The apartments have roaches, not waterbugs as they claim. The bedroom ceiling leaks and nothing has been done about it. Woke up to a puddle in the bed. We had five areas that leaked in our bedroom. We have since moved but the leaks are there. If you have noisy neighbors forget it. Nothing is done about it. The police have showed up several times to inquire about the noise, management promised eviction, but no follow through. It's also not worth the price you pay in rent. There have also been attempted car breakins depending on which side of the complex you live in.

I moved in with my two young kids a few months ago and I have to say I was scared...we are moving from a private, secluded home into communal living and I worried we'd be too loud and ..... just.... too much for our neighbors. There has been nothing but an amazing welcome from the staff (Jasmine and Darious, love you guys!) to our neighbors and from all the families living in our complex. It's an outstanding little community here and I'm grateful to have found this place. I highly recommend it and I hope you and yours have a similar experience.
