If it was possible I would give this apartment complex a negative rating. When my wife, son, and I moved here last year April 2016 the management and leasing office were extremely professional and nice people, I communicated with the leasing agent that moved us in personally. Any maintenance request was handled promptly, I felt it was a great decision to move here up until October, November things started to go down hill. Obviously due to new management but based on several craigslists posts they seem to still be in search for new and proper management but back to how awful this community has turned out to be. The draws in my bathroom seemed to not be installed properly and had to be fixed on several occasions, I had submitted 2 maintenance requests, no response, called the leasing office, no response, called again, no response, I found out from a neighbor that in order for them to do something I have to complain to the corporate office which i believe is in Wisconsin or something and that was true, the leasing office finally called me back. Not to mention the roaches that seem to never go away no matter how many different brands of bug spray we buy or how many times pest control comes in here, I think he's spraying water everywhere or the roaches just seem to be immune to whatever is in his tank. In addition to that the part of the complex where I live is not maintained as well as the other parts. Leaves aren't blown, street lights aren't replaced unless I send a request. The vacant apartment next door had some work done to it, I come back home and there is paint splattered all over my door. Not to mention baggies and needles on the floor in the parking lot that my wife complained about. Now today, I have to leave for an appointment and my water is shut off, I just called and spoke with a representative at the office named Lora or Lorie and she says the water will be shut off for an hour, I asked was there any notice sent out and she says no notice was sent out. You gotta be kidding me, where is the consideration? What happened to Fair Housing? Treating others how you'd want to be treated. Out of the entire leasing staff no one thought to say "hey we should send out a notice to our residents". It takes no more than 2 minutes to write up and send an email. There is no progress being done here, it's all regressing. Below poor management. Save yourself time, money, and peace-of-mind and don't move here.
