General Application - Not sure which unit you want? You can Apply to our "General Unit" and get pre approved, once approved your application can be transferred to any of units that you qualify for.

Please read carefully;

Even if your application is approved you may not qualify for every property or special. Applications are approved or denied based on credit, criminal, rental history, and employment history (income must be provable)- at the discretion of the property manager.

We will only attempt to contact your current/previous landlord 2x, if we do not receive an answer your application will be denied. While we try to process your Application(s) as quickly as possible amount of time to do will depend on complete information provided by you, reference response, online systems being available.

Pets are not accepted at all units but if they are this is our policy- maybe depending on what you have, how many you have and a clear application. Pet fees vary by property. Pet Screening could be required through https://app.petscreening.com/referral/AaSXIpR9wxpB

Properties are only held with a holding fee (after an accepted application) you then have 7 days to finish the leasing process, including but not limited to; proof of income, current IDs, utility confirmation numbers, balance of move in monies, lease signatures by all adults. Your lease start date is the day you put money down to hold the property.

Applications are only good for 6 months, if no information has changed. Applicants who have new information must submit a new application.

ANY MONIES PUT DOWN TO HOLD A PROPERTY ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & MUST BE PAID WITH A MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK- NO PERSONAL CHECKS FOR MOVE IN.

Application Fees are nonrefundable, if you have any questions regarding please ask BEFORE submitting your Application. We check evictions, criminal record, rental history and income.

Please note that we that all units will be charged a $10.00 HVAC Preventive Maintenance Program fee (excluding all utilities paid and units with electrical baseboard heat).

An Application MUST be done for everyone OVER 18 years of age that will be living in the property.
