Finding a Macomb Apartment

When to search

Housing is a little tight in Macomb. As with many smaller towns, the percentage of owned suites compared to rental units is high. As a result, start looking early. A solid three months before you plan on moving in is a reasonable amount of time to allow yourself for your apartment search.

How to Search

Staying in the know

Macomb landlords are used to seeing a battle for their apartments. With low availability, there are often more students that want off-campus housing than there are apartments. Think about the ways that you can prove that you're the best possible applicant before you even get in the ring.
