Overall i have been here for 4 months now and ive had too many disturbing experiences with the downstairs office, recovering packages and as well without my knowledge randomly a maintenance man had ended up entering my premises without any sort of notice while i was working. I called because I had no idea and again horrific customer service overall the office is absolutely terrible.

Although my time with MassMills has been brief (moving out of state for work), my time here has been amazing. First, and what I think is most important, the staff here is terrific. From the leasing staff, to the management staff, to the maintenance staff-- they are all professional, courteous, responsive, and kind. I've had a couple of minor maintenance issues that have popped up, and they were responded to within 24 hours. I can't say enough about the people who work for MassMills/Corcoran. A true pleasure to deal with. Second-- the building. The property has 3 buildings (colloquially "the 100 building", "the 200 building", and the "300 building.") I was in the 100 building. Immediately upon entering the building you are overwhelmed with the sense of history of this 19th century building. One of the original mills built as part of the "Lowell System," the 100 building has 5 floors and is buffeted on the backside by the Concord river. I lived on the 4th floor, on the back side of the building, and the views of the Concord river and the Lowell Memorial Auditorium were breathtaking (the photo attached was taken from my bedroom window). The building is shockingly quiet. Tenants in this building are respectful, and typically have called this building home for many years. Each floor has its own washer/dryer and trash chute. Lastly: The City of Lowell. This city has a cultural vibrancy that I haven't experienced before. Truly a melting pot, the bar/restaurant options in downtown run the gamut. Additionally, the city has very active recreation groups that are constantly planning city-wide events-- such as Winter Fest, Irish Fest, Lowell Folk Festival, Summer Concert Series, etc. If that's not enough, the Lowell Memorial Auditorium hosts nationally touring acts-- from Broadway to the Boston Pops, to Jay Leno. Still not enough? The Tsnogas Arena plays host to even more touring events, but also the UMass Lowell Riverhawks Hockey team. Still not enough? The National Park Service offers tours of the city, and routinely hosts events. The beauty of it all? Literally everything I described is a 5-minute walk from MassMills. Located right downtown-- this property offers an incredible opportunity to experience the city like few other properties can. I enthusiastically, and without any hesitation, recommend MassMills. It has been a delight living here and calling this city home.

I've lived in Massmills 300 for almost 3 years now, and I've had a great experience. The apartments are very spacious, and beautiful for what you pay. Angela and the rest of the staff have been great. The location in Lowell is also very nice. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to live in downtown Lowell.

Mass mills the office the lady Angela is a very mean and rude if anyone ever goes to the office do not go to her see Jack instead cause Angela I asked for her help and she helped me and after complained and said every excuse under the book about how shes not supossed to do this and that like when I physically just needed help printing out something her attitude is horrible her customer service is Evan worse she Dosent know how to work w individuals you would think working in an office shed have great customer service I used to work for market basket for 6 years assistant manager Iknow how to talk to people Evan when there being rude like I dont get how people can be so small minded and talk to tenants and people that way she deff needs to step down from her job cause it Dosent fit her being a office clerk or what ever she is is not for her she should step down dont ever ask Angela from mass mills apt office for help shes the worst
