Apartment building is not loud at all. Only had a noise problem twice from couples arguing. The only person that smoked pot moved out so no nasty weed smell but you do get the occasional smoke smell because smoking is aloud in units just not in hall or balcony. There is assigned parking now that seldomly people don't follow but calling the property manager fixes that problem within a few hours. Property manager is wonderful. She is very friendly and helpful. Top floor gets super hot in summer hitting 90 inside with Windows open and fans going. A.c. can bring it down to 70 but not much lower and it takes a long time. Winter it gets really cold. Heat can't keep up most of the time and will be on non-stop while the first bedroom off the hallway is cold no matter what. All in all it is a good place to live at a good price.

I've been living here for a few months now, and I've grown somewhat fond of the apartment complex. Most of the neighbors seem rather pleasant. The only complaint I'd have is that the parking lot is extremely tight on space. Took me a while to get skilled enough to park easily.
