3. Available April 2026 $6000 / month (N/A Feb/March 25)
4. 2-month minimum rental. All utilities are included. Check in 12 pm, check out 10am.
5. First, last and security deposit required (1000). Security deposit returned assuming no damages.
6. Long-term rental fees negotiable (3 months or longer)
Additional Rental Fees
1. Seaplace Application fee and Car Sticker charge: $120
2. Cleaning fee upon exit - $200 (renter expected to keep the unit clean during rental).
3. 7% Fla State & SRQ Sales Tax and 6% Sarasota County Tourist Tax (on monthly rental fee only) will be added to the rental amount.
4. 1-month rental also due with signed contract, Total remaining fees payable two weeks before occupancy
