Homeowner lives upstairs, all problems addressed immediately. Homeowner is adult male professional who works on Vandenberg SFB, planning to stay in the area long term. House shared calendar available for claiming time, events, guests, etc.
2nd Roommate is a reserved adult male professional who also works on base.
