Do NOT give your credit card number on file. My son was charged a months rent after the contact had ended in April 2021. Have called, texted, and emailed to get the months refund and his deposit returned. Have been told several times that it will be mailed. Update: told it was mailed in February, still havent received. Have tried to contact, last two times I was put on hold for over 20 minutes then sent a text that I would be receive a returned call. I called a couple days later and they hung up on me.

The layout of the townhomes is great, I would definitely have considered coming back if it weren't for management and false advertising. The apartments weren't clean and our windows were filthy and had no screens put in. We had several maintenance problems EVERY MONTH which they only got around to fixing after we called more than five times because they were problems that we couldn't wait long for (like water and heating). Management also rarely answers the phone and they advertise poorly. Pictures online and on social media look great, and they tell you that both roommates in every shared room get beds with a bookcase and under-bed storage, but out of four people with shared rooms, only ONE of us in my apartment got a bed with that storage. Two of the others didn't even have a headboard. Overall, management advertises so you get your hopes up then they leave you with countless problems the second you sign the lease. If you don't care about bad management, this is a great layout and location. Otherwise, would not recommend.

it is run terribly they don't do maintenance quickly, apartments were't cleaned when I moved in and they had it listed as $350 a month but in reality it was $450 a month and they charge in full for both August and May which are months you live there fro 3 days each. Do not recommend if you don't want to shovel money away!
