Its incredibly overpriced to live here and the staff even charged us an extra half month for some arbitrary lease ending agreement. Stay away, worst apartments i have ever rented.

I've been living here going on 3 years now and I'm not sure where these other people live in the complex or who they are talking to...but I have always had great service from the office staff and maintenance staff. I never see any litter on the sidewalk, grass area, or parking lot. Yes, it did take quite a while for the washers to be repaired..however, since I am also in the property management business I understand that sometimes it is beyond the control of the management. If I need to talk to the office, I make it a point to go there in person...if you feel they aren't returning calls...walk down there..it isn't that far. The few times I had to call - they returned my call within an hour...normal turn around time. If you expect them to return it immediately, you're living in a dream world. The maintenance staff is great...after repairing an issue, they stopped by a few days later just to make sure it was still okay.
If I have any complaint, it would be the people upstairs who seem to think the rules don't apply to them...otherwise I am quite happy living here.

The people in the leasing office are great and the maintenance people are great. Problem is the grounds are poorly kept. Garbage along the walkways and parking lots. Laundry rooms are filthy.
Took weeks before washing machines/dryers are repaired. Now the office can't put money on your laundry card, so you can't do laundry on the premises. Landscaping is poorly maintained. A lot
of dying grass or no grass. Lots of mud during the winter. Gets onto shoes and of course into apt.
Thefts in rear parking lot. Maintenance unable to fix broken handle in shower. They say it's not a handle but something to hang towels on. Sharp metal on shower pull. Maintenance won't fix it. Office doesn't return calls.
