I recently started living at Mckenzie Park. And returning to my apartment after a good day's work is the best part of my day. My stay has so far been comfortable and lived up to the best of my expectations. The management is friendly and responsive. I will specially mention Charity as she has been extremely helpful right from the beginning and was very accommodating to my needs.

Finding an apartment was regrettably a last minute adventure and all my fault. Charity Humphrey helped me rectify that mistake by first finding a 2 bedroom and then a 1 bedroom due to my changing needs. I'm very grateful to Charity for accommodating me through the whole process. Jennifer was also very helpful with the lease signing, all the staff were wonderful personalities and very professional. An awesome experience with the leasing staff of McKenzie Park. This was definitely the right choice.

This place is beautiful and their Assistant Manager Charity is a true gem! I called Saturday for a tour and was given that and more same day. I was welcomed over the phone by a bright and bubble personality that so happened to be Charity. I arrived and was greeted by her with a HUGE smile and personable ambiance automatically. She showed me around their beautiful property and answered all questions I had with great detail. She made me feel like we've been friends for years and I believe I can see this place becoming my new home. THANK YOU CHARITY, I appreciate you so much and will be in touch again soon. She can turn anyone's day completely around.

I've been living here for almost 3 years and have seen the pros and cons. The new management team is friendlier and easy to work with. Especially Jennifer and Charity, who are always available to help, greeting you with a smile every time. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to make repairs to items that had been out of commission since I've lived here. I plan to live here for quite some time and do enjoy the amenities and community. The maintenance team is very professional, they quickly respond to maintenance request and do a good job with the upkeep of the community. Particularly Calvin and Matthew have been the best maintenance guys at an apartment complex I've seen in a long while. The residents are friendly and easy to engage, I've made many acquaintances and friends during my tenure here. Some things I wish would change would be increased clubhouse availability, more indoor parking, and charging stations for electric cars. Apart from that, I have mostly enjoyed my stay here without any issues. It's a great choice to make if you're looking for a longterm and safe place to raise a family. It's a choice I have not regretted for three years and counting.
