5.Credit Score Higher Than 650.
6.Background and Criminal History are Satisfactory.
7.No Smoking and No Pets on Property Inside or Outside.
8.Applicant will have opportunity to review and approve entire Residential Lease/Rental Contract before submitting this Application.
9.Must be able to show Phot ID or Driver’s License and SSN Card BEFORE the RESIDENTIAL LEASE/RENTAL CONTRACT is signed.
