I love my apartment, I'm just a few minutes from downtown and a short drive to everything I could possibly need on North 27th. It's within walking distance of Walgreens and CVS, along with a nice neighborhood park. If you can't get to the park, there is a neat little playground on site in addition to the pool. Management has always been very understanding and willing to work with me in regard to rent and my lease, especially during the pandemic. I have hook-ups for my washer/dryer which is very important to me, and they are pet friendly which is awesome. I've been here over 12 years and I'm very happy.

I moved into these apartments May of 2020 and I have to say these are great apartments. These apartments are spacious and set up so nicely. I love that there are two bathrooms and a walk in closet!! The hallways are clean and kept nice. The grounds are taken care of and always looking nice. The trash is always picked up around the grounds early in the morning and the yards are mowed and kept up by a lawn company at least once a week, they make it look very tidy and polished looking. The maintenance team is great. They are quick to fix your problem and if they can not fix it they get the right people in there to fix it for you either that same day or the next. They are quick and good at there job. I like our office people as well they are so nice and helpful. If you ever need anything they are ready to help you. I very much enjoy living here. When you have great people to work with in a setting like this, it's so easy to feel comfortable and at home at Bridgeport Apartments.

Had some good memories here, but mostly they were bad. First of all, our car got broken into. I lived in the worst part, there would be fights and arguments very regularly, mostly at night so they would be loud, soundproofing is awful, if someone turns on their car radio it sounds 2x louder inside than outside, lots of bugs, my friend got chased after by a drunk, criminals and irresponsible residents mostly. Most can't even pick up their dog poop.
If you want to live in a safe, quiet apartment complex with good, responsible residents and good management, then Bridgeport Apartments are not for you.

The management are horribly rude and disrespectful, and they told me in two weeks you will sign the lease, I gave the notes to leave my apartment with my previous landlord in 4 weeks, but it took me 2 months until I signed the lease and officially got the key with Bridgeport Apt, I had to live with my relatives somewhere for a month in between, until I got the key the management lied to us. And lied many others, if don't believe come and try.....

If it weren't for them allowing my two small dogs I wouldn't have signed another year lease. The office workers are horrible!! Never the same people. I have had so many issues with my rent. Get eviction notices when I technically have a credit. Get "written" up for things I did not do. For example: picking up my dogs poop or having trash on my balcony. Always get everything in writting!!! That's how I have been able to prove them wrong. They mess up everything it seems like. Month after month it's something else they are accusing me of. Let me talk about the bugs. They do not routinely spray for bugs you have to request it after having issues. It does not get done in a timely manner. I have had issues with huge spiders and a ton of centipedes. So disgusting. People have to put home remedies and towels under their door to keep them from coming in. Kids are never supervised. They trash the yards and the hallways. (then try and write you up for it) the dumpsters are disgusting. No one seems to understand that trash bags go in the dumpster not by it. It smells and looks horrible. It's embarrassing to have guests come over. Kids will also pull the fire alarms. The apt set up is one thing I like. Very spacious. The paint they use is one where you can't wipe the walls clean without taking the paint off. The pool? Small. Not refreshing at all. I once saw a kid get attatcked by a dog and nothing was done. The community dog poop things don't have bags in them. My car has gotten broken into. Kids have drawn inappropriate things on my car with the dirt/dust on it. Like I said not many places will take 2 small dogs with an affordable pet deposit. That is why I chose this place. Can't wait to leave.
