Parking permits to park in the back parking lot are $175 per lease term per permit. If you choose to do street parking, you would need to contact LexPark at 859.231.7275.
We allow pets at this property with a one time, non-refundable fee of $375, as well as a recurring monthly fee of $75. ALL pets must be approved before move in and screened through FirstPlaceProperties.petscreening.com.
