I cant rate this restaurant above two stars. While the service is very good and the decor is nice, its the food that needs improvement. Ive eaten here twice. The first time I had the fish and chips at the recommendation of the waitress. It was very bland and they did not have malt vinegar available which is a common condiment for this dish. I have also eaten their nachos, which were served with strips of lettuce and onion that are obviously prepped for sandwiches and were much too large to stay on a chip or stay on a fork. The accompanying salsa and sour cream were served in 2 oz cups too small to dip a chip in. The salsa was bland and typical of over cooked canned salsa. The main thing this restaurant has going for it is location. It sits next to a pool and it is the only restaurant in the neighborhood. However, Im not sure location alone will be enough to make the business profitable over the long run.

We have eaten in and carried out from The BLVD grill and have found it to be good each time. The people are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. We live close so we find we love the convince of making a stop on the way home to eat in or carry out. They have a variety on the menu so our entire family can find something to eat. Keep up the good work BLVD.

Girlfriend wanted to go check this place out since we had heard very good comments. Place is nice, clean, and comfortable. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. Service was very quick and efficient. Only drawback was the appetizer portion (catfish bites) was so small that we thought we had ordered from the kids menu.

The positive is that this complex is in a very good neighborhood with not much crime or noise. The interior layouts are really nice...

The positive is that this complex is in a very good neighborhood with not much crime or noise. The interior layouts are really nice especially the Kitchen trim work. The amenities are pretty good and office staff is really friendly. The negatives is the construction. The unfinished steps and porches are really cheap in construction terms and in 5-7 years could easily be dry-rotted and currently items could fall easily to below floors. The roads in the complex are also an issue, they are much too narrow for the traffic count. (especially with the new phases just completed) The Engineering was not done properly to know this at layout. It also doesn't help people drive fast through the complex, I am surprised, there is not more accidents; However, I did see one the other day when it snowed. All and all it is not that bad of a place to live. The office staff's friendly manner, the good neighborhood and nice interior layouts make up for its shortcomings. But there is no way you can give a complex 5 stars when construction and engineering was done in this manner.

Management is friendly but our rent was to cover amenities that weren't even available. The restaurant that was supposed to be on the premises still wasn't open after a year.

Great property, and high quality units, offer many amenities, and the property is located in a great area ... But I'm not a fan of how they do business. I put a deposit (and separate application fees) on an apartment that wouldn't be ready for nearly two months, decide to cancel my application within a week, as another complex was able to better accommodate my needs, and they told me that I would "forfeit" my deposit. It was only $300, but it's the principal of the matter. I will never recommend this property to any person I speak to.

Exceptional, the BLVD at Hays is simply that. From the quality of the staff, to the luxuriousness of the apartment units, I rate this the top apartment complex in the area. Having lived in cities such as Kansas City, MO and Cincinnati, OH before this, I can confidently say that you will not find a better apartment complex for the quality and price. Looking at the amenities The BLVD offers, you get a well-kept pool area that is never overly crowded nor loud so you can enjoy a peaceful afternoon or evening relaxing. The gym area follows in suit. It is well-kept and never overly full. The main club house area boasts a free coffee bar - the pictures do not do this amenity justice. Ask the staff - I popped in for my daily cup of joe 2-3 times a day if I was able too! The units offer large kitchen spaces with fully furnished granite tops, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry (and a lot of it) and hardwood floors. The ceilings are vaulted (love this!) and provide unique lighting fixtures that provide the apartment a warm glow. The bedroom and bathroom are fantastic as well. Also, depending on what floor of the apartment you reside on, will determine whether you have a patio or wooden deck. Lastly, the area that this apartment complex is located in is incredibly safe. Located next to the local elementary school, surrounded by private condominiums, and within the friendly Chilesburg neighborhood there is no concern for safety here. Since being a resident (Dec. 2016), I have not witnessed a single issue or problem arise in the apartment complex or the neighborhood. It has been a brilliant experience.

The only negative I have so far is the cable internet service vendor that is required by the property. It is not the best so far. For a luxury apartment you should have luxury cable/internet service.

Either you're open for business or you're closed. There's no in-between. Besides, the tour took 10 minutes when we went back.

My husband and I fell in love with this place on our first view. It's not our first place in Lexington, but it is the first place to far exceed our expectations. The staff is so nice and they do a lot for the apartment community here. They're always offering things to do, and giving you the ability to meet your other neighbors at social events. This leads to a really great living experience in an nice and safe neighborhood. There are no noise problems, which is very rare for apartment living... and the location is excellent. It is literally next to everything. What they offer for the price is better than anything that we've been able to find in Lexington, and we wouldn't hesitate advising anyone else to move into this community. With how great everything is, the part that really stands out is the staff and their attention to detail. Everyone is very professional and they make this a great place to live.

Events here for the residents are super fun to attend and the office staff has been very helpful and friendly! I've been here for almost a year and it's been a good experience so far!

Not the luxury community that is advertised!! Not worth the 1000.00 a month at all!! First day I had to scrub the toilets one had feces in it and the other had urine all over inside and out. The outlets aren't flush with the walls. Scratches all over cabinets walls and floors. Water system had not been flushed clean I had to do it and still trying to get rid of the foul odor of sewage gas. Michael rushed me through the walk thru and didn't want to hear my concerns about the condition of the entire apartment. They show you the model and throw you into a shabby shack NOT the luxury living they advertise PERIOD!! I am not the only tenant that is dissatisfied with these premises. Even a service company employee agreed that other tenants have complained about all my concerns. Today I had the television service turned on and when I called to see about adding HBO that was advertised on the HBO preview channel 349 I was informed that I had to get permission from the properties that is what drove me to write this review. If I'm paying for the service I should be able to upgrade or downgrade as I choose to or am I being to unreasonable. Let me answer that ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I'm pretty sure that I'm going to receive an eviction notice after they read this review and that's fine by me!! So needless to say STAY CLEAR OF THIS NOT SO LUXURIOUS COMMUNITY!!!
