Good day I have been living at theses apartments for about two years. And I must say that it has had its up and downs being sold a couple of times but the new owners and managers are so helpful and patient. I really grateful for the new staff here. Repairs are done in a timely matter. And best of all they were patient with me while I worked on my chap. And we now have security that protrol the complex for our safety. I don't regret moving here I'm so grateful I found this place.

I wanted to express the positive change I have seen very recently due new staff members who care. I was in the office to have witnessed the way the management was being treated by a resident by she held her self very professionally as she tried to help the person in the office to the best way she could but still handled the situation very well. I have noticed the property is cleaner, the staff walking outside everyday and taking the time to say hello. You cant always make people happy or give them what they want but we are glad to have them in the office.

Ive lived here for the last year and i wont lie and say EVERYTHING has been peachy, but when the new property managers took over, Marlene and Jay really went out of their way to make sure my rental assistance issue was corrected and that some of my maintenance issues were handled. I will say i do feel a little more comfortable living here now.

The previous owners left them a real hot mess but theyre rising above it. Nice to finally get competent people that care and treat everyone with dignity. Two thumbs up!
