QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
Credit score of 650 or above, gross household income must be 3X the monthly rent or greater. Positive and verifiable rental history with no late payments, no returned payments, or notices of default/nonpayment of rent. No open bankruptcies or judgements. NAPM uses Experian for credit screenings. Accounts in collections, past due status, or late payments will be reviewed by the Owner. Approval is based on and not limited to the following factors: credit score, credit history, length of employment and history, income, current and previous rental history, criminal background check, pet criteria, debt to income ratio and rent to income ratio.
RENTER INSURANCE & MINIMUM OF $100,000 LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY.

Owner will consider pets on a case by case basis subject to Pet Screening.
