All utilities included so you don't have to worry where you're going to get money for your rent, p lower bill trash,sewer and water bills. Very beautiful place to live.

Stayed there for over a year the staff was great. They fixed what ever needed work on. Over all was very happy. Would stay there again.

My mother is currently staying at this location that has bed bugs AND they WILL not accommodate my mother another room nor put her on another location. Understand there is a law about things like this and your response to this situation is " There is nothing we can do at this point." Be prepared because not every location is "BOOKED"? Your response to this better be way better then what you gave her when she plead to you guys about another room. If she paying for this room, she needs to be sleeping in a bed bug free room. "No refunds, no exception????" This is not her fault that you guys have bugs, she paid in full for a week! She better be sleeping in a room for a week and apology. Super disappointed right now and upset that she has to find another place to sleep; figure out what she needs to do to find a room. If you truly care, you find her a room, pay her back, or be prepared for this journey. Period

Rip offs!!!! Rents are so high you can't afford to save to move out in other cases you can't afford to pay rent then you get evicted within a few days. None of the above was my situation. I was able to move out and I left the place clean as can be and even got rid of the roaches they had when I first moved in. They decided they needed to keep my deposit!! Rip offs!!!

I rate this property at three stars because it is clean and conveniently located near a Casino, 7-11, Pizza Hut, Dotty's, In and Out burger and much more; it's close to the strip great location to the highway and to my job.
The Manager is very chatty, building this property up to be more than what it is. The property is old, everything in it is old from the 70's, the carpet smelled so bad when I moved in I had to leave air wick plug ins in the room and stayed away for few hours before I could return. The AC unit is too high to reach and there are square cut off above the doors because there isn't any AC in the rooms. You pay for internet weekly and it only allows you to have two connections. Pet deposit isn't clearly outlined nor is the non refundable $60.00 deposit if you stay less than a month. At $319 per week plus additional fees for the quality of the room it isn't worth it but for the location it is, I've stayed in much better weekly's for less but the location has much appeal and I would stay here again.
