I cannot fathom why this place has 3.1 stars here on google. Marivel and Jamie, whom work in the leasing office, were two of the best leasing agents I have ever worked with. They were attentive and informative. They went above and beyond for my girlfriend and I. From the moment I walked in to tour the property, I knew I could live here. Our apartment is gorgeous and I feel as though we got a great deal. The immediate availability of places to eat, grab a cup of coffee (cuppa), or workout is a huge plus. From what I was told, the place was originally zoned for condos and all the units are not the same, so the photos of mine may not look like yours. I appreciate the community events they put together here, including the car washes and blood drives. They also had a super bowl party that was great! All in all, 95% of the people I have met since I moved into here have been pleasant people. There is a crazy old lady with two dogs thats a problem, but I digress...... Rob from facilities is awesome as well. If you have a request he will take care of it in a reasonable time.. If you stop in to take a tour, tell them Lenny sent you from google.

I've lived at the Gramercy from June 2015 to April 2018 and have been very happy here. I read some of the other reviews. The owner, Ofir, has always been very friendly towards me. Management has also been friendly and accommodating and the few maintenance issues, I've had, have been fixed promptly. The elevators have always been easily available and I don't understand how the underground parking could have been an issue to anyone: there have always been plenty of spots. At one point, anarchistic parking at the West side of the building was creating dangerous situations, but that was fixed when they banned parking there (and enforced the ban very well). Personally, I've very much enjoyed the great fitness center, Holly's wonderful coffee shop which always as had exceptional staff, the convenience of underground parking + elevators, and the great location for running along quiet, safe streets all the way to the mountains. The 3 nice restaurants (try out "Portion Control": they are great for healthy food!) in the complex are also very convenient. The only annoyances, I've experienced, have been due to inconsiderate tenants, but you'll find those in any apartment complex: empty boxes piled up by the trash chute (under the "do not leave empty boxes" sign), irresponsible driving outside (speed bumps and an extra pedestrian crossing by the coffee shop would be welcome!), and the rare dog poo left in the hallways by loose dogs (owners should get kicked out for that!). I am just mentioning this not to sound like a bot: really, I'd highly recommend The Gramercy if you are willing to pay more for an extra safe place to live with amenities that are very hard to find outside of the Strip (where I wouldn't want to live myself!).

Holy cigarette smoke, it's EVERYWHERE. So disgusting. There are ashtrays everywhere outside which promotes more smoking. We went with our family of 5 for a nice lunch outside and people were smoking all around us. Gramercy tries to put on this facade of a hip and healthy environment, but its quite the opposite.

Initially, this was a great place to live. I was welcomed with a warm smile and open arms by Phillip Taylor. He made the entire process go smoothly and assured me I would enjoy my time living at the Gramercy. There was mimosa Saturday, wind-down Wednesday, and every issue I had with the apartment was fixed within record time. However, as time went on I realized the manager of the office Rachael Sigmund was very rude and barely spoke to me when I was in the office. Other tenants felt the same way and literally told me to not deal with her if I needed anything taken care of. The energy was often negative in the office when she was there and no one wanted to deal with anyone but Phillip. There is another guy who works there but honestly, he can never help and never has any answers. Leaving me to only deal with one person. It was disturbing to think three people worked in the office but only one person could truly help me. Over time there was less wine and fewer mimosas, the garage was broken often, or the gate was left open leaving you to feel unsafe late at night, and the amenities were not always working such as the fireplace in the courtyard. What disturbed me the most about living here is not only was the manager in the office rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful at times, but the owner Ofir who was over her did not care either. Once my lease ended I moved out and relocated. I was owed a referral fee and a deposit. However, Racheal went into the system added fake information and changed out my name completely from the system. Pretty much-committing fraud. Forcing me to have to contact my lawyer and possibly follow through with litigation. I was assured not by her, but the company the check was in the mail. I'm still waiting. Therefore I do not recommend this property. Things aren't always what they seem, everything that glitters in the Gramercy case is not GOLD! Above all, they are not treating people the way they would want to be treated. ******UPDATE******* I did receive the check in the mail. Thanks to the corporate office! Eric was very helpful!

The worst service I have ever experienced from property management. The staff rarely answers the phone or returns calls and never follows through on service requests. They are not on the same page about their policies and they don't follow any protocols so you'll get different answers and levels of service depending on who you talk to. On average it took me 4 or more calls/visits to the office to get an issue as small as requesting a new air filter handled. Rent is way too high for what's currently being offered. These are not luxury apartments. The model home they advertise is very nice but all of the actual units are different and most are very basic -nothing like the model. They also advertise a number of amenities in the retail space many of which are not yet available. You're paying for things that are "coming soon." The pool is small for the size of the complex and often too crowded to enjoy. If you move in, you'll be bombarded with emails and threatened with fines (for everything from how you walk your dog to what you store on your patio) on a daily basis. They are trying so hard with stuff like free shots of alcohol and wine when instead, they should focus on getting the basics of service down first. I moved out and even that process was difficult with surprise fines deducted from my security deposit. I was told at move out that my full deposit back. When the check came there were deductions. I did not get a returned call when I asked to be able to discuss the fees with a manager. Not a surprise. Save yourself the trouble and don't move in!
