Location is great, staff is great, and prices are great. Dont expect much internet though. 90% of the time you can't connect and when you do it's so slow you cant even test the speed. I'd rather they had a upgraded service for those of us that need it to get things done. Haven't been able to load a Facebook page in 3 weeks when I actually do get connected. Daughter cant play xbox anymore either. I dont care to pay extra... but it's not an option.
It's not so much the property as it is the staff that makes Siegel suites such an awful place,the general manager Sharon was racist...
It's not so much the property as it is the staff that makes Siegel suites such an awful place,the general manager Sharon was racist towards me because she got mad about me being with a black man, although she didn't mind trying to steal a $1,200 dollar computer from a black man,we are suing the owner Stephen Siegel and Sharon Peterson, I have filed a memmorandum of points and authorities also supporting facts along with a motion to compel evidence cause Stephen is now trying to evade the lawsuit so I had to get the judge to compel his testimony and to tell us why he's helping his staff get away with these crimes and why there have been so many unexplained murders at his property,I'm absolutely sure if Stephen Siegel would cover his staff in crimes they commit against Tennant's then there's no doubt in my mind Stephen Siegel would cover his staff after they've assisted in murders,I am speaking with authorities about these subjects as well.

If you don't cause trouble it seems noone bothers you at all...security is great...and the price is the best I've found especially for the quality ...I mean c'mon...the LAS VEGAS STRIP for approx $250 a week for a darling little studio!!! One would be a fool not to agree...anyone has anything bad to say ya'll are ridiculous...It's the perfect place if you want an affordable place thats clean...quiet...and modern!! It's that and so much more. It's a cute little comfy home like studio while we are away from home. And it's only located in one of the most desired VACATION SPOTS on the PLANET. Literally on the most desired street to live on in the history of man kind!! If you say otherwise then you belong on the moon!! Thank you Siegal Select...MORGAN CARTER!!

Staying at the Siegel Suites Select was okay. The rooms were moderately sized, and the pool is very small. They do not have a concierge but they have a rack full of deals for Vegas attractions and events.

I booked a room at Siegel suites select on Las Vegas Blvd and I was very disappointed with their service (1) housekeeping did not come to our room and we was gone for the whole day and when I to the front desk the guy at the desk (jose) told me housekeeping comes in every three days so I request to speak to the manager he called her on his cell phone and she told him the only thing they can do right now is give me fresh bed linens and towels and I have to spread my own bed I told them I paid for to stay there so I don't expect to clean my own room props to Jose for coming in and clean our room after I get him to understand my point I will not stay there again.

Had to help someone move. The grounds are nice. The apartment...not so much but that could have been the other slobs living there

The entire building's alarms go off, requiring the fire department to come. Neither you nor your pets will be able to hear anything for the next few hours. It is absolutely ridiculous. 5 times in the last month.

Best weekly I've ever stayed. I would recommend it over americana inn or emerald suites. The staff was super nice. I stayed here while waiting to purchase my house. There is a kitchenette and cabinets you don't need to disinfect and line before you can put your food in. I saw no bugs while I was here. Right next to the mall so I took a daily walk for exercise just leave your purse in the room. Good food options near by.

The staff is so kind! My son left his tablet charger and we thought they might have thrown it away upon cleaning the room, but when I called they had our name on it in the lost and found.
Unfortunately, the room did smell musty but since we were only staying the night I did not complain. The room was well-equipped to cook and had a setting for two people. Close to restaurants and just south of Vegas Strip.
It was a very nice place to stay. Well made beds and amenedies. I would defiently stay here again.
Nothing but nasty and the car was broken into. The office could care less and threatened to call metro on us!!##

So far so good, day 2 reasonable rates that are fixed not like the hotels where one night can be 20 and the next 190 :(. Has what I need, small kitchen with pot pan and sets for 2. Nice enough bathroom and also a keyed entry for access to the units inside rather than outside access. Security guard at nights and not some lil dude like a big dude :). Close parking and close food\shopping. A\c works almost to good furnishings are adequate and flooring seems good. Lots of mirrors....that's good for couples....what? It is Vegas.... ;)
This is a very well run weekly apartment. The staff, in particular Teresa, the manager, are caring and extremely kind.
