Please bring in a standard GLVAR application completed and signed. Please include 2 years of employment history and 2 years of rental history. We will also need copies of 1 month worth of paystubs, copies of your Government ID, pictures of pets (if applicable). All occupants 18 years or older should be on the application. Please understand that submitting an application does not mean you are approved for the property. All applications must be viewed and approved by owners. Approval or denial of an application is up to the owner's discretion.
Application fee and drop off process
The application fee is $75 for the first applicant and $30 for each additional applicant. Please bring in cash, certified check or money order to our office at 40 E Horizon Ridge Parkway #101 in Henderson NV 89002. We do not accept personal checks. Application fees are non-refundable.
Deposits
The security deposit is equal to 1 month's rent plus $350 cleaning deposit, $350 pet deposit (if applicable), $50 key deposit and a $150 non-refundable admin fee.
Minimum requirements
The owner would like to see applications with good credit scores of 600 or higher, no bankruptcies, evictions, collections within the last 2 years. No late payments within the last 12 months.
