- If you DO NOT have a pet/animal, SUBMIT your Pet Screening profile as "No Pet or Animals" which will be free of charge to you.
- Begin your Pet Screening profile by going online to https://innova-pm.petscreening.com.
- A complete Pet Screening Profile is part of our rental application, REQUIRED. If it is not received the rental application will be considered incomplete.

- House Rules WILL apply during tenancy.
- NO smoking allowed in the premises.
- Maximum of TWO occupants in the unit.

- Rented in "as-is" "where-is" condition.
- Property is rented unfurnished.
- Property is located within horse zoning neighborhood.
- Shared laundry room (washer and dryer). Schedule applies.
- Two uncovered parking spaces within main property.

Rental Application Requirements and Terms:
