Tenants to have a minimum credit score of 650, no prior evictions and a verifiable income of at least 2.5x rent per month. Every adult to live in the home require a background and credit check.
Tenants are strongly encouraged to carry renter’s insurance covering Liability, Medical Payments and Full Replacement Coverage for Personal Property.
No pets preferred, but 1 cat and 1 small dog (under 30 lbs) may be considered with a $300 refundable pet deposit and $25 monthly pet rent (per animal).
Tenant pays ALL utilities (including water, sewer, electric, trash) and is responsible for lawn care and snow removal, including the sidewalk in front of the home.
