Hello, I put in a service call for my air conditioner that I thought wasnt working. The head of maintenance came a couple of days later to fix the air conditioner. It turns out that I failed to operate the air conditioner properly and thats why it did not turn on. Even though the problem was operator error Brandon took his time to open and check the utility closet and the kitchen vent to assure that everything was working properly. Brandon also took the time to show me how to correctly operate the thermostat. He was professional and patient. Thanks Brandon!
