Rental Information:
1. Application Fee $55.00 *non-refundable* paid to third-party. 3x rent required for income, cosigners accepted.
2. Holding Fee $250.00 to be applied towards security deposit.
3. Security Deposit of 1 Month's rent.
4. $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
5. We are a pet-friendly property! Your pets are very welcome!
