- Pet-Free & Smoke-Free: To ensure a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all, we maintain a no-pets policy. Also, no smoking, marijuana and hard liquor. This is also a peaceful home- no parties or loud gatherings.
- Safety First: No e-bikes or e-scooters (no indoor lithium-ion battery charging or storage).
Accessibility Note: Due to the original architectural design, interior doorways and bathrooms feature narrow entries, and there is a structural step-up at the front and back entries.
