18 or 30 Month lease to start with option to renew at that time if desired.

The main floor has an open kitchen, dining, and living room area. In the hall you will find a quarter bath, and garage access.
Upstairs has all three bedroom including primary with closet and bath. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a 3/4 bath in the hallway, washer dryer is also located on this level.
Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo)
As a tenant you will be responsible for gas, electric, water/sewer, flat fee for trash $20 month. Lawn and Snow are taken care of, if snow is less than 1.5 inches you are responsible for removal. If more the association plows.
Renters insurance is required.
Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month. This program ensures that high-quality HVAC filters are regularly delivered to the doorstep, saving our residents 5-15% on energy bills, offers a clean and healthy living environment, and reduces tenant liability.
