5) No more than three negative accounts on your credit profile in the last 18-months. Credit, background check, income and asset verification required for all adult tenants.
6) Bankruptcy may be okay, provided that it has been discharged and credit has met the above aforementioned requirements.
7) Providing false information will terminate your application or tenancy (if applicable) immediately.
