Tenants are not to use fireplace (inoperable). Outdoor cat(s), must have a litter box outside as well. Tenants are only to use Command Strips for hanging things on walls. Not to exceed 10lbs unless prior approval is obtained from management/owner. Tenants are not to patch any potential holes in walls upon move out. TVs are to be hung by an approved vendor at the tenant's expense
