Tenant(s) are responsible for lawn care/snow removal. There is off street parking. Electricity is included and tenant(s) are responsible for Water/Sewer, Garbage & Gas. Tenant(s) will pay the Water/Sewer bill directly to Eagle Cap Realty. All tenant(s) 18 & older must carry renters insurance and a one (1) year lease is required. NO SMOKING & NO PETS.
