A propane grill and picnic table will make outdoor living easy. If you'd rather eat out, the famous Kure Beach Pier is less than a mile away with Big Daddy's Seafood, Ocean View Grill, and Jack Mackerel's. Take a Ferry Ride from there to Southport, NC, for a stroll through the cutest seaside town ever with lots of shopping and restaurant options.
Ground Level will give you the driveway on the left and the side yard drive perfect for a golf cart. Extra storage garage big enough for a golf cart, with an extra refrigerator for your cold drinks. Multiple Bikes for guests to share.
Up one level, will welcome you to an open concept living room, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and a traditional dining table that would work well as a desk if needed. Access to the front deck with outdoor furniture will be your favorite place for your morning quiet time, sipping your coffee.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. You will also find the laundry room on this level for your convenience. Two more bedrooms are available on this level.
