I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. My neighbors are loud fight, and blare music through all hours of the night, no matter the day. They smoke cigarettes and marijuana in their apartment, which comes through my vents and fills my entire apartment. Management refuses to do anything about any of these issues. We've experienced issues with mold, that again, management has refused to do anything about and would not even test to confirm mold when it is clearly mold. There's cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Every time we asked for them to spray our apartment, they say they will, but never do. The staff is rude and unhelpful. There's so much more that I could add to this, but it would be a novel. I cannot wait to leave this place.

Two star review only for the apartment itself. I've had problems with this management company before I even toured. No one responded to my emails, so I decided to walk in without an appointment. I waited for 30 minutes to be told I needed to come back another day. I finally got Antonio to help me a few days later, after I had mentioned my frustration with the lack of customer service. I said exactly what I was wanting to save us both time, even said I was applying still. I get there to tour and am shown the exact opposite of what I had said I wanted (which wasted my time and made me late for work). I then asked to see the actual unit number that we had discussed prior to the tour, so he showed it to me. The carpet was outdated and stained, but he reassured me that it would be cleaned. I was sold on a renovated apartment but had someones old nasty carpet. I had emailed with follow up questions about the carpet and room dimensions, but was ignored. I then walked in to turn in my application with rental and income verification's, and was told that I would be receiving a waived application fee as a special only for them to go back on that a week later. I had called to schedule a time Monday morning to sign my lease. I walked in, sat there for 30 minutes waiting for one of the employees to type my lease in front of me. What was the point in making the appointment? I had asked to see the carpet again before I signed the lease. Not shocked at this point to see the stains were still there. I could tell the carpet had been shampooed, but if there are still visible green & dog urine stains then the carpet should without a doubt be replaced. I asked to speak with the Property Manager, but was told she was out of town. At this point, I was actually concerned. The only reason I was still signing was because I HAD to move out of my current house. The leasing agent then went over the lease with me, which she didn't know much of because she was new. I was told I wasn't being charged for an admin fee as well ($150) which IS stated in the lease that is signed. I handed her a personal check for my pro-ration, expressed my concerns with the management, and was on my way. The next day I received a call saying I needed to pay online because they cannot accept personal checks for move-ins. I asked if I would be charged a fee to pay online (yes). Why would I agree to that when it was their mess up? I had to leave work the next day to get a money order for them. Two days later and I receive a call saying I owe them $150. Furious now, I demand to speak to a manager. The assistant was busy. She calls me back to tell me Antonio messed up and did not document my special correctly so I would have to pay for my admin fee. I said I signed a legal document saying that was waived she then said she talked to her manager and i would have to pay the $50 application fee, because they cannot offer both. False. I've been a Property Manager in the past and know how all of this works. Not only that but she had NO knowledge of my complaints on the carpet. I was promised a phone call from the Manager on Monday along with visit from maintenance to re-evaluate the carpet. I was home all day and did not receive a call or a visit from maintenance. Today is Tuesday and still nothing. I understand mistakes happen, but for them to be CONSISTENT on a move-in is beyond absurd. This management team is awful, and I will not be recommending this complex to anyone. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

I lived here for a year from August 2015-2016 and was pretty happy with it. I was in the very back corner building and it was very quiet. The actual apartment was super nice with the remodeled granite countertops and wood floor. I left here to move to Oak Ridge, but was very happy during my time here. The combo washer/dryer was a huge plus and I miss having one of those a lot. The one complaint I have that made this a four star instead of five is that the roaches are a big problem apparently after reading others reviews. I had virtually nothing at all in my apartment in the way of clutter or furniture and I was extremely clean and they still made their way in. I was actually shocked at first, but then it became a routine event. During the warmer months, expect a few per week. Once it cools off in the late fall/early winter, they won't be an issue. I even sprayed the inside and outside perimeter of my apartment with Raid on a weekly basis and it would kill them when they came in, but they would still get in somehow. I figured they crawled in under the screen door given that I was on the ground floor, but I'm not 100% sure. It just sucks to be literally the cleanest person around and still get them. Overall though, outside of some roaches, it was pretty awesome and I'd live here again.
