The interior is an elegant Keys style. In Hemingway's style, gorgeous mahogany and cane furniture is combined with fine leather seating areas and marble. With an amazing ocean view, the living room's Italian leather sofa, loveseat, and chair provide an inviting and comfortable place to recap the day.

The oceanfront master bedroom suite is complete with a walk in tile shower overlooking the ocean. Lie on the king-size pillow top mattress while gazing at the ocean and Tavernier Key. With the 2 other bedrooms, accommodations can be provided for up to six guests.

The fully-equipped Keys Cottage style kitchen with wrap-around tile counter includes everything necessary, with a four burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

Outside is seating for six overlooking the ocean, dimmable lighting to set the mood, and a four burner propane gas grill for outdoor cooking.

The home also includes an over-sized 47 gallon water heater, as well as a large Maytag washer and dryer and an Electric Vehicle (EV) charger.

Superb for boaters, as you get shore power, lights, water, a fish cleaning station, electricity and a retractable aluminum dock ladder. A hot and cold water outdoor shower provides a delightful rinse off after snorkeling or fishing.
