Renter is responsible for any damage caused to the Property due to Renters negligence.

Renter shall, at all times, maintain the Property, including any yard and lawn in a neat and clean condition.

Renter upon termination of rental agreement will leave the property in as good condition as it is now, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

Renters shall obtain renters insurance providing coverage for liability, bodily injury, property damage and for theft, loss or damage of renter's personal property stored on the Property.
