How much for rent: $750 including monthly rent payment +utilities+garbage+parking+WI-FI +sewage
How much do you pay on the first day you move in: $1900( This amount will covers your first month rent$750+last month rent$750+refundable security deposit $400), after that, the following monthly payment is $750, and you do not need to pay me last month rent since already paid on the first day you move in. No partial payments, arrange your finance in advance please.

Lease Term: start with 3 months to get to know each other, if not get along well, we can both end here. If we do, we can keep renewing the contract.
