The main house and studio share driveway/yard space. There is only one water meter and one electric meter on property so the tenants in main house and in the studio section will be charged for their water and electric usage based on a fair split determined by Property Manager, approximately an 85/15 split in cost. Tenants will also need to supply their own internet/cable. The driveway and carport are shared between both units and has space for 4 cars total. The Owners car remains in one parking space permanently. The tenants in the studio space will be allowed1 car. The main house tenant can have 2 cars max. Parking is only allowed on the concrete surfaces only and not the yard, or side of the street.
Please do not send in a rental application until you have gone through a pre qualification process with the property manager. Please be prepared to show written evidence of income 3X the amount of rent. We will also run a full background check on all adults living in the home and credit score needs to be 650 or higher. No showings will occur until a pre qualification process is done. The process takes time, please be patient. This is not a vacation rental.
