RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Available for a 6 month to 1 year lease.
• Shown by appointment only, after 5/1/2021.
• GET (General Excise Tax) will be added to the monthly rent amount.
• Monthly RENT plus GET includes water, trash, and basic cable. Electric, internet, and phone are tenant’s responsibility.
• Unit will be professionally cleaned upon move in and needs to be in the same condition upon move out with our cleaners, as well as carpet and upholstery, if furnished.
• Any fines and/or infractions for violations against House Rules are at the tenant’s expense.
• No pets are allowed.
• No smoking, including medical marijuana, or illegal drugs are allowed in/on the property or lanais and are grounds for immediate eviction.
• Security deposit is one month’s rent.
TENANT REQUIREMENTS:
• There is a $40 application fee for all persons who apply that are 18 and over.
• Credit scores of all applicants need to be no less than 680 with no delinquencies (our office will run credit, criminal background, and sex offender checks).
• Couple Applicants must make a combined income of at least 3 times the rental rate, roommates must each qualify on their own for the unit.
• Tenants are required to obtain renter’s insurance and it must show Hawaiian Isle as interested party.
• Tenant will be responsible for electricity in his/her name prior to move-in.
