Main house has full use of swimming pool and parking would be 1 stall in front of house. Electricity is sub-metered, so tenant will pay actual usage and water will be charged proportionately according to number of people in each unit. Monthly yard service is included in the rent. No pets and no smoking. $20 application fee per adult. Renters Insurance required. Tenant must provide proof of insurance prior to occupancy.
