Small pet dog considered $50 extra per month. Electric, Water, Sewer, Landscaping, Terminix Pest Control and Trash included in rent. Tenants responsible for all other utilities--There is one AC in the unit; if tenant wants additional air conditioner(s), then they pay $50 more per month per AC for electricity, and Tenants have to obtain/ maintain renter's insurance.
