• Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years.
• Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 615.
• Applicant must have at least 12 months of no late payments on their credit report, a minimum of 1 year at their current place of employment, and proof of on-time rental payments to their current landlord with a zero balance owed. All information is verified
• Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
• All applicants over 18 will be subject to a background check. The applicant’s background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
• Applicant must have No Felonies, Evictions, or Bankruptcies within the last four years and No Sex Offenders. The most recent Landlord references will be required.
• Pets are welcome! A $250 non-refundable deposit per pet is required. A two-pet maximum is allowed. Additional rent is $30/month for one pet or $40/month for two pets. No pet(s) greater than 40 lbs are allowed.
