Staff is nice and so are the apartments, but I don't like the neighbors. I feel sorry for how much the maintenance staff have to clean all day and everyday. They do keep everything clean but the people that live there are nasty and don't value everything that the complex has available.

yes , I am vexed sore that there is not a bereavement clause in your contracts! Yes I understand that you are running a business, and that its about making a profit, but not having a bereavement clause makes you seem so cold and heartless.
I do not see this as a reflection on the company owners/administration as the managers and staff can only do what's written in the policies . I know the fair housing rules and having a bereavement clause has nothing to do with breaking the rules, regulations or statues.
I could say a lot more.
One another note I have to say that your management team gets a 4 + rating from me as I am very aware that they can only follow the cooperate rules.

Staff has always been very nice to me and have had no problems with maintenance. I have lived here for a year and in that year yes I have had spiders, ants, other bugs and roaches I keep a pretty clean place but people would feed cats pretty close to my door and the strip on the bottom of my door was gone once I realized that and put in a maintenance request bug problem solved. The trash in the trees and on the backside is horrible. Was going to renew lease but they upped the price and wouldnt work with me on it. But as far as apartments go its pretty decent and like I said staff has always been friendly and nice to me.
