Weve been here almost 3 years and nothings ever gotten done but this new company came in and we asked one time to fix a list of things and it was done the next day and the maintenance guy Keith was phenomenal fast knowledgeable experienced and nice.
Keith explained everything in a clear and concise fashion. I am always happy with Maintenance, they do an outstanding job. Jason runs a great crew!

Oxford Management is lucky to have Keith & Jason as part of their maintenance team at Club of Danforth! They showed up right away, were unbelievably considerate of the fact I work from home (making sure I had all my work saved before shutting off the power, etc) and even helped fix something I didnt list on my maintenance request. They both explained exactly what was repaired & how it was done so that I understood and made some really helpful suggestions to prevent the problem from happening again in the future. Thank you both so much for making this mommas life just a little bit easier!!
