Pet Deposit and Fees:

A monthly pet fee of $20.00 per pet will be added to the rent.
Pet Limit:
A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per household.
Breed Restrictions:
Pets must not be on the dangerous breeds list. This list includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Doberman Pinschers
Chows
Wolf Hybrids
American Bulldog
German Shepard
