We offer studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments and houses of one to four bedrooms. All of our apartments feature inspiring views of some the most beautiful areas in the Finger Lakes. You’ll live in a peaceful, beautiful setting that is ideal for both work and relaxation. Recreational opportunities abound. This two bedroom apartment is spacious and bright. The kitchen offers ample cabinet space as well as room for an island or dining table and chairs. Our apartments offer off street parking, on-site coin op laundromats and all landscaping/snow removal is handled by us. Heat, water and trash are included. Residents pay electricity. These apartments are best suited for professionals, grad students or incoming faculty. We have a very responsive maintenance team and offer a tranquil and green living environment. Our properties are smoke and pet free. We will consider one cat with an additional monthly pet rent.
