ABOUT US: Currently the residents sharing this home are students, and young professionals. All the residents have their own private bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has a large fully furnished living room with Smart TV and dining room area along with fully equipped kitchen with 2 large refrigerators. Shared common area includes a kitchen with private pantry and private refrigerator area, a large living room, dining room, a laundry room. There is a friendly vibe to the house. You can be private or social, you decide and everyone in the house respects that and our current group varies in that respect as well as people being busy.
Easy public transport just 1.5 blocks away on Century Blvd. Parking spot included. Within Blocks of both major LA freeways, the 105 and the 405. Less than 10 minutes from the LAX airport.
