I'm currently living here I moved in about 2 months ago and I love it! The staff was very friendly and took the time to show me many options! The price are very worth the Aprt their very nice and the view to the lake is what I love! Only thing I do not like is parking!!! this old lady keeps parking like crap and I can't park anywhere else cause it's assign parking! But if your trying to move here make sure you get it fast cause they go fast just ask for gabby she was very helpful!

I wanted to wait a few months living here before posting anything to make sure I really liked it but honestly this has been one of the best places I've rented at! The office was set up very homy and cozy. They had cute little bags set up for people and even some for dogs! My one bedroom is so spacious. I'm in the largest one with the garden room which I never used my patio anyway ! The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is just the parking is very limited where I'm at. I've never had an issue with anyone taking my spot but guest parking is first come first serve.

Where to begin, First the customer service is horrible. Michelle and a group of girls were not even at the front desk to greet us. If it weren't for them talking like a bunch of high school girls in a back room I don't even know how long we would have been standing there. There was a guy in there so maybe that had something to do with it. Second, and to me is extremely unprofessional, is I noticed that in the corner of the office when you first walk in, is a group of packages for people. Then a sign said please sign out before you grab a package. Due to their being no one at the front desk (because they were all gossiping in a back room) I could have taken a package and just left! The packages are right by the door and would have never noticed! Third, I had called two hours prior to showing up asking if there was a viewing for a one bedroom Bridgewater apartment and Michelle said let me see (as if she looked it up) and told me yes. My fianc and I requested to get off work early to come see it and then Gabbie tells me that there is no viewing for that apartment until next month. When I told her that Michelle said there was she was like "oh" Last, their website is inaccurate. That may not be important, but for someone who has to request off work to come view it, it is. I would never rent from here. I am so grateful that the staff showed their true colors BEFORE we even looked. Made my decision that much easier.

This is a great place to live. Yes, parking can be a pain at times, there are some bugs because it's surrounded by woods, duh, and yes neighbors can cause issues at times. However, I have not noticed any crime here and I even feel safe getting out for a walk around the complex at night. It's a perfect location for an apartment community. The management has actually been pretty good, minus one small mishap between us, but even that was resolved in good order and they have been professional and responsive since. The maintenance staff is great about getting the apartments fixed when they need it and I LOVE the apartment its-self. I live in a larger 1-bedroom, it's very big for a 1-bedroom with a great layout and very cozy feel. Just love it. The only major downfall these apartments have is that they are outdated. The appliances and exteriors of the buildings, including the stairs, really need to be replaced. The complex was recently purchased, hopefully the new owner intends to make some updates.
