I have been a tenant here for 2 and a half years and I absolutely love it. Sometimes its kind of hard getting things fixed right away but Im aware that David and Sandy does all that they can to get it done as quick as possible . I love David and Sandy . They are sweet . Caring , and always willing to help or give me time when things get rough . They are the most caring staff that Ive ever came across since living here. I would advice anyone to come talk to sandy and David . They have huge hearts and they are always willing to help. They really care unlike some apartment managers , If you dont like them then the problem is probably you

I have lived here for about 8 months. It is sometimes a little slow to get maintenance issues resolved but the important problems are taken care of right away. Paul is awesome. He can fix anything. Sandy in the office is great. She is on top of everything. If you need something done call Sandy. The courtesy officer is very prompt and professional. I was very impressed when she handled an issue for me recently. David and Symara keep everyone up to date on whats happening in the community. The only item I am still waiting on are my shower heads. Lol. I like it here. Most of the residents are quiet and respectful and the trees around the property makes you feel like you are out in the country. Very relaxing.

Filled out a maintenance order the day I moved in its been almost 3 months and the problem has not been fixed. Everything is cheaply renovated. Regret moving from my previous apartments. I dont recommend anybody to move here. There are more affordable options with better management.
