Large apartments that are well priced and in a good location near the galleria
Quiet, and the walls are thick enough to block noise
Pool is well maintained and beautiful
Outdoor area for walking dogs
Workout room with equipment for basic exercises
Plenty of parking
Low crime area
Maintenance always fixes issues
Cons:
Sometimes the hallways are a little bit dirty depending on the weekday
Back in 2021 there were some issues with management not responding, but that has improved (no issues anymore)

I have more than enough storage for one person and parking is never an issue.

This is my second year at Century Galleria Lofts. We are very pleased with the property and see lots of great improvements. We have seen a change in maintenance and the new employees are very respectful and friendly. Recently the complex experienced water issues with the city and the management team at Century Galleria Lofts stayed on top of things and did a great job communicating with tenants. We received updates through out the day on the status of the repairs and the team also empathized with the tenants experience with the City of Houston. Im glad we signed another lease we are glad to call this place home!

Many of the negative reviews appear to stem from past management.
Yolanda and Paula have been superb in getting us settled in. We had a few items needing maintenance upon move-in and they were taken care of the same day.
There are a lot of improvements happening and it's wonderful to see. Most recently - painting the halls, re-striping the garage, and an HPD courtesy officer.
The grounds are well kept and the apartments are beautiful, at a fair price for this area.
Can't wait for the next social event to meet some of our neighbors.
